How claiming works

We verify first

We confirm you control the business phone number or website before changing anything.

What you can change

Name formatting, phone, website and the services shown. You cannot change your rating or review count, because those belong to the review platform.

What claiming does not do

It does not move you up the table. Order is set by review volume. Paid featured placement is the only way to appear above the table, and it is always labelled.

How long it takes

Verified changes appear at the next data refresh.

What you need to claim

Have the business phone that appears on the listing, or access to the website, so we can confirm you control it.

Not listed yet?

We include businesses with a 4.0 average or better and at least 10 public reviews. If you meet that bar and are missing, send a claim request and we will add you at the next refresh.

Why the bar exists

The listing rules keep the tables useful to homeowners, which is what makes a listing worth having.
