What the service is

Premier Las Vegas is an online directory and referral service for the Las Vegas valley. We are not a contractor, we do not perform any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a business you find here.

Quotes and requests

A quote request asks us to point you toward businesses that may fit your job. Any estimate, price, schedule or contract comes from the business, not from us. You decide whether to hire anyone.

Agreements with businesses

Any agreement for work is between you and the business. Check the business's license status, insurance and written terms yourself before work starts.

Payment

The directory is free for homeowners. Businesses that buy featured placement are billed a flat monthly rate agreed in advance, month to month. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.

No warranty

Listing details come from public business profiles and may be out of date. Ratings belong to the platforms where they were left. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing or the quality of any business's work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Premier Las Vegas is not liable for losses arising from your use of the directory or from work performed by any listed business.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, send automated or false requests, or claim a business you do not control.

Intellectual property

The site design, guides and original text belong to Premier Las Vegas. Business names and marks belong to their owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, with venue in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and continued use means you accept it.
